Sleeve Condition - VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT - This sleeve is in excellent condition! Nice sturdy card sleeve with nice bright artwork and strong edges and spine. There is some light evidence of handling but nothing serious at all... really nice example, very close to looking brand new! Comes with the original printed insert.

Record Condition – GOOD+ – I can see a few light hair lines/sleeve marks on there and a few light radial scuff marks, but they don't appear to be anything serious or anything that should badly affect play. Just the fact they're there means I want to grade fairly. This copy should play and sound really good. I recommend giving this a quick clean, just to maybe further improve the audio and take away any dust etc on there.
