This is a pretty nice copy! I would actually grade this package as "Very Good Minus" condition. The cover and LP are in better than Good Plus condition but not as good as Very Good. Therefore, it is being graded in between at "Very Good Minus". (Ebay doesn't have a VG- rating, but I'm going to use it anyway).
THIS IS THE FIRST PRESSING WITH THE GREEN LABELS and WITH SOME MISTAKES.
1) Has Producer Roger Bain's name listed as Roger on the rear cover, but it is misspelled as Rodger on the labels. This is a First Pressing from 1970 with the original Green Warner Bros. labels with the Artisan symbol etched in the deadwax signaling a high quality mastering.
Features, of course, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler & Bill Ward.
The Vinyl is in Very Good- condition, but has some visual surface marks will cause surface noise typical with a Very Good- grading. Even with a Very Good- grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainy more noticeable during the quiet parts.
Green labels with spindle marks. There is a name written in pen on the Side 1 label.
The cover is in Very Good- condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, dings and ring wear. There is a cut-out clip in the upper left corner. And there is the begining of seam separation on the bottom seam approximately 1.5 inches stemming from the side opening. Seam separation is typical for this cover and covers of the era.The LP is now in a plain white inner sleeve.
I obtained this LP in the early to mid 1970s. It was gently played back in the day. Not played in many years.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
