The LP has visual surface marks that will cause surface noise and pops & clicks  typical with a Good+ grading. 
The lower portion of the cover has some scrapes and some staining and the lower part of the inner booklet have some staining from being hit with some liquid. 
And the original 4 page inner booklet was removed and the centerfold / band photo was taped to the wall. When it was taken down it left white peel marks / tape removal marks. There are still some pieces of tape stuck on Ozzy and Bill's pictures.
If these imperfections are a concern for you, please do not buy it.

This is a First Pressing from 1972 with the original Green Warner Bros. labels.

Features, of course, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler & Bill Ward. 

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! ESPECIALLY CRANKED UP! But, you will hear surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. 

The Vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has some visual surface marks will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainy more noticeable during the quiet parts. 

Green labels with spindle marks. 

The cover is in Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, dings and ring wear. And there is the begining of seam separation on the top seam approximately 1.5 inches stemming from the side opening. Seam separation is typical for this cover and covers of the era.  
This cover typically doesn't age well.
Includes the original 4 page inner booklet. The booklet is in Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to  creases, crumples, dings. 
Includes the original Warner Bros. "Warner / Reprise Loss Leaders" stock inner sleeve. 

The LP is now in a plain white inner sleeve. 

I obtained this LP in the early to mid 1970s. It was gently played many times back in the day. Not played in many years.
