This record is from my personal collection. Very rare 1968 reissue in the Mono format with a cover of the 3rd state which has a photo of the actor Emerson airbrushed on the back. An unpeeled and unblemished Andy Warhol banana sticker is intact on the front cover. Blue silver T-Verve labels with a incorrect time for " The Black Angels Death Song" at 3:01 instead of 3:10.

Cover – Excellent (Gatefold Interior: Very good only for slight soiling near left and right edges) (Minimal shelf wear. No splits, writing or tears. Very light scuffing on the back cover. Virtually no edge wear, all corners are in excellent condition. The spine features a fully intact text. The slightest bit of yellowing extremely close to edges )

Verve inner sleeve – Very good, period correct, some wrinkling and slight yellowing with one soiled spot.

Vinyl – Very Good Plus (Beautiful sparkling vinyl that plays great with some light periodic static noise.)

Labels – Excellent
