Seastones was a 1975 side project by Phil Lesh of the Grateful Dead along with Ned Lagin. Other artists contributing to the album include: Jerry Garcia, Mickey Hart, David Crosby, Spencer Dryden, David Freiberg and Grace Slick.

There is a shadow cast across the lower right corner of the jacket which looks like a bend, but it is not. It's just a shadow as evidenced by the fact that it shows up on the back as well as the front.
