THIS IS A REALLY NICE COPY! THE COVER and LP ARE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE  and THE INNER SLEEVE IS IN GOOD+ SHAPE!

AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A Black & White PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER. I like to add a PHOTOCOPY of the hype sticker, if I have it, as an added bonus as they are usually discarded and are hard to find.

Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - OU812 LP from 1988 on Warner Bros. Records (#WB 1-25732). 

This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out in the late 1980s for the CD age. 

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY CRANKED UP!
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, but has some visual surface marks that will cause some surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 
Nice clean labels with some minor spindle marks. 
The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. There are no split seams. 
This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in Very Good shape. 
The custiom inner sleeve is in Good+ condition with wear typical with age including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, and ring wear. There is a small tear at the top opening on both sides of the sleeve. There is small to medium sized split seam on the bottom.  . The LP is now in a plain white sleeve. 
I obtained this LP in the late 1980s. It was gently played back in the day, but not played in over 30 years. It has been in storage ever since.
