AND THE COVER HAS A STAIN ON THE FRONT COVER OF AN UNKNOWN ORIGIN. (The cover is actually in really good shape except for the stain. The inner booklet is in great shape)

Up for sale is one (1) Black Sabbath - Vol.4 LP from 1972 on Warner Bros. Records (#WS 2602). 

This is a First Pressing from 1972 with the original Green Warner Bros. labels.

Features, of course, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler & Bill Ward. 

PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it still sounds pretty good, but you will hear surface noise typical with a Good+ grading.
The Vinyl is in GOOD+ condition, but has some surface marks will cause surface noise typical with a GOOD+ grading. Even with a GOOD+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly, more noticible during the quiet parts. 

The Green labels are in Good+ condition with some spindle marks.
The cover is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, dings and ring wear. And there is a stain of an unknown origin on the front cover. There are no split seams.  
This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in pretty good shape(except for the stain on the front cover).
Includes the original 4 page inner booklet intact. The booklet is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to minor creases & crumples, dings and some wrinkles. 
Includes the original Warner Bros. "Warner / Reprise Loss Leaders" stock inner sleeve. 

The LP is now in a plain white inner sleeve. 

I obtained this LP in the early to mid 1970s. It was gently played many times back in the day. Not played in many years.
