Hello everyone.
                                             "Meet The Beatles"                                                        In Mono.                                  With mixed publishing clearances.
In the rush to get the album into stores Capitol didn't want to wait to get publishing clearances for the songs. When they did get the information it wasn't entirely correct. Here for your viewing pleasure and bidding consideration is an example of the incorrect listings.  This particular version was authorized for pressing on the 8th of January 1964. Photos 1 and 2 show the errors. The first track is cleared through BMI and the rest of the songs are cleared through ASCAP. The errors were later corrected.
Manufactured at either the Scranton plant or by Columbia as indicated by the number "3" in photo 12.
The cover is worn as you can see by the photos. The vinyl plays much better than it looks. The stamped information found in the dead wax as shown in photos 13 and 14 is as follows -  Side 1: T-1 2047 T4 Side 2: T-2 2047 P3
