Soundgarden EP Screaming Life original orange vinyl (500 made) bought in 1987.
I bought this copy when it was released in 1987. I always kept my records in nice condition but I do not have one now to test this. This was in storage in Oregon for over 30 years! The record has a musty smell but looks great. The center of the record reads “Buy MalFunkShun”. Charles Peterson took the cover photo. He was my friends friend. I used to see Couch of Sound back then with Matt Cameron on drums and I would see Kim Thayil and Bruce Pavitt around town. My friend Jim was friends with Jonathan Poneman whi we almost started a band with but Jonathan didn’t end up joining our group. We got a big write up on a review of our release we recorded at Reciprocal Studios. My friend Jim from my old band is still playing live in Seattle with Llama. Anyhow those days were truly magical and special. Before cell phones and Amazon when life was simpler and Seattle was a culturally rich,vibrant, and supportive environment for a band to grow and thrive in. Anyhow this record is amazing but it’s time for me to sell it at my ripe older age.
The white original paper sleeve is slightly discolored. The plastic is original.
