Comments – A great cast for this famous 1980 recording by Karajan, wonderful singing and masterly conducting for this famous performance, an early digital recording but a good one, this sounds considerably better than the CD version with a cleaner top end and better stereo, this the early German pressing
Sleeve Condition – NM - Box in superb condition, no edge ware, no abrasions, square corners, all seams and glue joints intact, wonderful full size libretto in very clean condition with minimal signs of being read
Disc Condition – NM - No handling marks, no spindle marks, very fine copy, probably never played
