Thank you for visiting our ebay auctions today. We are currently offering a large collection of assorted lp's which mostly fall into the jazz category but we also have other styles such as rock, blues and others as well. Many of them are in well used condition meaning they fall into the good to VG+ range of condition. We try to point out areas of concern for some collectors as splits, scratches, general wear etc. When you buy this type of an album, we pretty much let you know before you bid, if the album has such problems. When you actually purchase the item, you are purchasing it "As Is" and the sale is final. 
If however, we tell you that an album is sealed and new and you receive an item that is scratched and falling apart, in that case, we have not described the item accurately and we will give you your money back. We assume that once you have received your item, and you have left positive feedback for us, that you are satisfied and the sale is therefore complete. If you do however have some sort of problem, it is your responsibility, to bring such issues to our attention, and we will do our best to rectify it to the best of our ability. . Please do not leave negative feedback for us, without giving us the time to rectify any issues which may concern you.
We ship most albums via USPS parcel post select and we will provide a tracking number for each and every delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the item while it is in transit. We will, at your request, supply you with a receipt of shipment and acceptance by the post office. Between the time we deliver it to them. and they deliver it to you, they (the post office)  have the sole responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen. 
We strive to get the item to you in a way as to protect it, and we use corrugated folding boxes and plastic album covers. Albums are shipped outside of the jacket in a plastic holder. We combine shipping album as follows:
1st LP $6.95  Each album thereafter $1.00 up to 4 LP's. 5th LP is $6.95 each LP thereafter $1.00. Every 5th LP begins a new shipment.
