The cover was possibly hit with water / liquid at the bottom portion that has caused peeling / fading at the bottom of the front & rear covers and inside the gatefold. And there is a tear on the Record 2 side of the inner gatefold stemming from the side opening approximately 2 inches in length. And there is a small missing piece of the bottom seam on the Record 1 side. (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS)
The Record 2 inner sleeve has a small split seam at the bottom. 
ANY WATER DAMAGE WAS LIMITED TO THE COVER ONLY. THE LPs AND INNER SLEEVES WERE NOT AFFECTED BY THE WATER DAMAGE. 
If any of these issues are a concern for you, please do not buy it.

Up for sale is one(1) KISS - Alive! II Double LP from 1977 with the gatefold cover on Casablanca Records (#NBLP  7076-2). There is No Barcode.  INCLUDES "THE EVOLUTION OF KISS" 8 PAGE BOOKLET!

AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A Black & White PHOTOCOPY OF THE SUPER RARE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER for the US Release. I like to add a PHOTOCOPY of the hype sticker, if I have it, as an added bonus as they are usually discarded and are hard to find. 

INCLUDES BOTH OF THE ORIGINAL KISS ALIVE II INNER SLEEVES.

The gatefold cover is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, and ring wear. There is a small missing piece of the bottom seam on the Record 1 side(this is possibly a manufacturers defect).

The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, with minor surface marks that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts. 

I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME, especially cranked up. But you will hear surface noise typical with a Very Good grading.

The labels are in Very Good condition with minor spindle marks. 

The "THE EVOLUTION OF KISS" 8 PAGE BOOKLET is complete and in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, crumples & creases.

The Custom Inner Sleeves are in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, crumples & creases, and ring wear. Record 2 has a small split seam on the bottom. The LPs are now in plain white inner sleeves.

I obtained this LP in the 1970s. It was gently played back in the day. I haven't played this LP in many years. It has been in storage ever since.
