THIS IS A REALLY NICE VERSION OF A COMPLETE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING GERMAN IMPORT LP WITH THE GREEN LABELS! 
INCLUDES THE DOLLAR BILL, THE ROCK CARDS STILL ATTACHED, THE CUSTOM INNER LYRIC SLEEVE, EMBOSSED GATEFOLD COVER and THE RIDICULOUSLY RARE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER. 
Play Tested! I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME! But, you will hear surface noise typical with a Very Good grading.
Up for sale is one(1) Alice Cooper - Billion Dollar Babies GERMAN IMPORT LP First Pressing with the Green Labels from 1973 on Warner Bros. Records (#WB 56 013). Has the Gatefold Cover that is EMBOSSED. 
THIS IS A VINTAGE / ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING COMPLETE COPY WITH ALL THE GOODIES.
INCLUDES ALL THE GOODIES: 
THE DOLLAR BILL(folded over to fit into the inner billfold),  THE ROCK CARDS ARE STILL ATTACHED,  THE CUSTOM INNER LYRIC SLEEVE,  THE RIDICULOUSLY RARE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER(affixed directly to the cover), EMBOSSED GATEFOLD COVER.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition, with minor surface marks that may cause surface noise typical with Very Good grading.  Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts. 

Nice clean GREEN labels with minor spindle marks.  

The gatefold cover is in Very Good condition(especially for this cover) with wear typical from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, minor crumples, dings, fading and ring wear all of which are typical. There are no split seams. The rock cards are still attached to the left side of the inner gatefold. 

This cover typically doesn't age well because of all the moving parts, but this one is in Very Good shape.

The custom inner sleeve is in Very Good condition with wear typical from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, minor crumples, dings, fading and ring wear all of which are typical. There are no split seams. There is small circular stain of an unknown origin on one side.

The LP is now being housed in plain white inner sleeve.

The ORIGINAL DOLLAR BILL is in Good+ condition with wear typical from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, minor crumples, dings, fading and a small tear at the foldover crease all of which are typical.

The ROCK CARDS are still attached and are in Very Good condition. 

It was gently played back in the day. Not played in many years. It has been in storage ever since.
