The gate fold is in pretty nice condition. Inserts have typical wear and some seam splitting. Side one and two vinyl appear to be pretty nice with just typical light scratches here or there. Same with side three but I want to make note side 4 has a significant size light scratch going across the top. (See pics) It is not deep and doesn't affect play of the record.
