Very good condition. A moment of Deja vu went I went to play test it... The center hole does not fit on my turntable and I never filed/drilled it out. I listed it as 'used' since it is not sealed but I never played it since I can't (same turntable I have had since the 80s). I already had the cassette which had these songs to listen to any way (sold recently here on eBay).
The vinyl sleeve is showing it's age and splitting in a couple of places. The insert has signs of handling/bends to the corners. See photos.
