Bad Omens Death of Peace of Mind Vinyl in mint condition. Only opened to use the digital code. The record was spun for about 30 seconds to test a record player, other than that it has not left the sleeves. Comes in the original plastic, sleeves, everything. Like I said the digital code was the only thing I really used.
