Rare, vintage vinyl 12-inch 33RPM record from 1969. The Story and Song from the Haunted Mansion. LP stereo 3947. 

It's from Disneyland Records & features the iconic Walt Disney attraction "The Haunted Mansion". The album features various artists playing 

comedy/novelty music, special effects, storytelling, and an 11 page book with colorful images to accompany the story. It features Ron Howard 

& Paul Frees. Very nice shape. 

The record story book is complete with no missing pages, great color. It's overall in very good condition, completely intact. No loose pages, tears or rips. No writing in it. There are interior rub marks from the color pictures. NOTE: there are several tiny spots on the last 2 pages-see photos! No splitting of album cover that I can see. There's very minor shelf wear. I am not an expert in grading records or sleeves so please see pictures. I bought it years ago and never played it (I have the CD too). The album cover has been in a frame on the wall. It's exactly how I bought it. The record looks really nice and it's still in the original paper sleeve (the plain paper sleeve has been taped). The record has a couple very light scratches on each side that I had to look closely to see. I did not play it, so I don't know how it sounds. I stored the record separately so there is no album ring indentation on the cardboard sleeve. As a gift, I am including a book: an Uncorrected Advance Proof of "Tales from the Haunted Mansion Volume 1: The Fearsome Foursome". Paperback. It's from 2015. No marks or missing pages.
