Manufactured and released in India on the Music India Ltd record label, which was affiliated to the Polygram GmbH Hamburg record label, in 1984, catalogue number 2392 480, this record features a compilation of 10 original soundtrack tracks taken from 10 Bollywood films that were released in 1984. The album features music and lyrics by various composers but notably includes songs by R.D. Burman, Anand Bakshi, Bappi Lahiri and Javed Akhtar amongst others. The album also features vocal performances by Kishmore Kumar, Asha Bhosle, Amit Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar amongst others. I cannot stress enough how good a condition this album is in - it looks virtually brand new. Manufactured on thick, heavy duty vinyl, both sides of the record play perfectly without any jumps, skips or crackle giving a great sound. The vinyl is still very bright and clean and as i say, looks in virtually as new condition. Both labels are in perfect, as new condition.
The sleeve is also in great condition, still displaying it's original bright, vibrant colours. There is no damage to the corners of the sleeve and no damage down the spine with all lettering in perfect condition.
I can honestly say that anybody looking to own a copy of this record would struggle to find one in better condition.
