The Beatles 7" Single: A Side: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/With A Little Help From My Friends. B Side: A Day In The Life.
Released in the UK on the Parlophone Records label in 1991, catalogue number R 6022, this Beatles' single features the songs Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/With A Little Help From My Friends on the A side and A Day In The Life on the B side. The matrix numbers on the inner groove are: A Side: 7YCE 21801 - 1U - 1 - Q1 and on the B Side: 7YCE - 21802 - 1U - 1 - Q1 As you can see from the photos in the listing, this particular record was manufactured and released with silver, injection moulded labels, rather than the usual black Parlophone labels. Given the unique labels used on this record, and the fact that very few vinyl single releases were being sold in 1991/the 90's, with most people preferring to buy CDs, this really is quite a rare and hard to find record.
I have only played the record once since purchase so it is in absolutely perfect, as new condition. Both sides of the record play perfectly without any skips, jumps, pops or crackle giving a great sound. The stereo mix featured on this single is really quite impressive.
The labels on both sides of the record are also in perfect, as new condition. The record comes housed in a plain, white paper sleeve which is in perfect condition.
