This is a 1988 repress of Slayer's seminal "Haunting the Chapel" EP on Metal Blade Records. I bought this record sealed off of here a few years ago and opened it but have never played the record. Vinyl is in MINT condition and is UNPLAYED. Sleeve is in EX condition but has a big wrinkle/crease near the top part of the spine that is visible from both sides.
