The vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. These surface marks do no adversely affect play.(please see pics)
However, there is a single skip on Side 2 / Track 2. (please see video)

Nice, fairly clean labels with spindle marks. 

The LP comes in a plain white inner sleeve. 
The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, peeling, fading, and ring wear. (please see pics) There are no split seams.
The custom inner lyric sleeve is in Good+ condition with typical wear with age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, peeling, fraying, small tears, fading, and ring wear. There is a large split seam on all 3 sides. (please see pics)
If any of these issues are a concern for you, please do not buy it.

This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out for the coming CD Age.
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD(except for the skip). But you will hear surface noise typical with Good+ grading. 
This cover typically does not age well, but this one is in Good+ condition.
I obtained this LP in the mid1980s. It was played many times back in the day. It has not been played in many years.
