Sven Vath – Harlequin – The Robot And The Ballet Dancer 2xLP

Item: Sven Vath – Harlequin – The Robot And The Ballet Dancer 2 LP

Detailed Descriptions

The Sleeve: VG There is some wear to the spine and edges and the spine at the top has some noticeable wear otherwise all the spines are intact. No rips or tears.

Inner Sleeve: VG Both inners have some crease marks these are very flimsy but no seam splits or tears. They are also a bit prone to fingerprints etc more down to the way they are made the inks etc.

The Labels: EX+ Has some laminate missing on one of the records only this a manufacturing error. No spindle wear.

Record Visually Graded: VG There are some marks but not lots and none that can be felt.

Record Playback: EX+ Really nice does have some light crackle a great sounding record.

Please note that the record has been professionally cleaned on a record cleaning machine with a non alcohol cleaning solution.

I use the following grading system:

M=Mint: The record/sleeve is brand new condition. Just like when first pressed and the record will have no deterioration in sound quality. All items including lyric sheet poster etc are in perfect condition.

NM=Near Mint: The record or sleeve may just marginally be off new condition and have the odd minor flaw.

EX=Excellent: The record shows signs of being played, but there is hardly any lessening in sound quality. The cover might show signs of wear.

VG=Very Good: The record has been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Despite the odd occasional surface marks and the odd light scratch. The cover will shows signs of usage without any major defects.

G= Good: The record has been played numerous times and the sound quality has deteriorated and plays with distortion. The cover will have seam splits, scuffing of edges, discolouration and creases/ing.

F=Fair: The record has not been cared for properly and has loud surface noise but is still just playable. The sleeve will be torn, stained/defaced.

P=Poor: The record will not play properly due scratches and will have bad surface noise. The cover will be damaged and even have parts missing.

B=Bad: The record is unplayable possibly broken, which would only be considered as a collection filler.

I use a plus and minus signs +/- to show if marginally better or worse condition.

Detailed Descriptions

The Sleeve: G+ Has a split to the top corner and a very small tear to the side opening. There is a crease to the top right corner. The rear of the sleeve is reasonably clean with all the flipbacks intact. The spine is clearly readable with no spine splits.

Inner Sleeve: VG Has tracing paper inner some yellowing and creases but with no seam splits. There is a very small tear on inner circle.

The Labels: VG+ Has some spindle marks around the spindle area and one scratch both labels look to be in nice shape.

Record Visually Graded: G There is a scratch on side 2 which can just be felt with a fingernail and and two scratches side 2 that can’t be felt otherwise the record looks to be in good shape and has that lovely sheen and would graded EX if not for the scratch. Graded under LED light!

Record Playback: EX Plays very well the record is perfectly flat no warping and sticks or jumping on any tracks and the tone is still there sounds great on Roll Over Beethoven Georges guitar intro is a great tester. I think there was a faint pop on Devil In Her Heart barely noticeable.

Please note that the record has been professionally cleaned on a record cleaning machine with a non alcohol cleaning solution.

All items are packaged well to avoid damage.  I never send out any parcel I wouldn't be happy to receive myself! I use cruciform mailers which are very strong. Any records are taken out of the sleeve/s and placed in a new poly lined inner sleeve and then placed outside the sleeve and then placed in a sealable sleeve for packaging. The record has been cleaned on a vacuum record cleaning machine with non alcohol cleaning solution. There is a big difference to the record after cleaning as it removes any dirt and grease and oils left after the production the record and generally looks a lot cleaner after cleaning. Not many sellers offer this level of service.

I am not held responsible for any import taxes, costs or charges etc that are incurred by the buyer.

The item description is very detailed and I have listed the item to the best of my knowledge. Any Questions please ask.
