This is one of the rarer reissues, from 1986 with some special remixes. Sleeve back has a blank white box where the UPC would go which you don't see often and in the bottom left it's printed with:

The Vinyl labels are of the black Island Records variety but they have the added text for this reissue with R153521-A/R153521-B (sides A/B respectively)
Also: Side A is printed with *Remixed by Eric Thorngren ST-IL-845507-SP for tracks No Woman No Cry and Buffalo Soldiers Side B is printed with *Remixed by Eric Thorngren ST-IL-845508-SP for tracks Waiting in Vain, Exodus and Jamming
