Definitely an absolute rarity that you will never
going to come across again. A very well known, and popular San Antonio Texas Band that i knew personally back in the mid 80's - basically a forgotten band as very little to nothing exists from this band.
I DO NOT know how to grade vinyl but this 45 is in excellent condition, NOT MINT, but in excellent condition .....both sides play stupendous clear.
