PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!!
PLEASE NOTE: On the right side of Inner Sleeve on the Lyrics side there are stains of an unknown origin. You can actually feel them. It's as if something splattered onto the sleeve. (please see pics)
Additionally, these splatter marks appear to have seeped through the sleeve and left minor stains on the Side 2 vinyl where it was lined up inside the sleeve. (please see pics)  These stains do not affect play.
IF THIS IS A CONCERN FOR YOU, PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.
AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A Black & White PHOTOCOPYof the Original Hype Sticker. I like to add a PHOTOCOPY of the hype sticker, if I have it, as an added bonus as they are usually discarded and are hard to find.
Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - OU812 LP from 1988 on Warner Bros. Records (#WB 1-25732). With the original EMBOSSED COVER!
Features, of course, Eddie Van Halen on Guitar, Alex Van Halen on Drums, and Micahel Anthony on Bass.
This is the 2nd studio LP to feature Sammy Hagar on Vocals since replacing Diamond David Lee Roth.
This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out in the late 1980s for the CD age.

I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME!

The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition with wear that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good+ grading. Even with a Very Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.
Nice clean labels with some spindle marks.
The EMBOSSED COVER cover is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, ring wear, scrapes, fraying along the side opening, etc.... There are no split seams.
The custiom inner sleeve is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, ring wear, etc. There are no split seams.
The LP is now in a plain white sleeve.
I obtained this LP new in the late 1980s. It was gently played back in the day(I also had a copy on CD). Not played in many, years.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
