Rare early Victor 78 7”
Seems like a rare release as I can’t find this anywhere , I’m guessing it’s earlier 1900’s and perhaps one of the first discs to feature Nipper on the label?

I don’t have the proper player for this but overall it is in G+ condition with light marks only nothing deep. No cracks , there is a slight concave warp to the disc
