All the records were purchased online from the USA, Japan, and Europe. I've taken great care of them, so their condition is excellent, almost the same as when I bought them.

1.I don’t sell any bootlegs in my store! All my CDs, Vinyls & Tapes are 100% original, and please don’t hesitate to ask for pictures if you find something interesting.

2.Please understand that a few of the items may be out of stock because I am also selling my items on the other websites, and some of the items may not be pulled off shelves on time.

3.More often, I dispatch packages within 48 hours after receiving payment.

4.Please contact me first when you have a delivery problem rather than leaving me unfriendly feedback. Communication can solve 99% of problems!

5.For orders above $200 USD, we highly recommend buying insurance! The seller will not compensate for losses incurred through regular shipping! Please refer to the “Shipping” section for more details.

6.Regarding the automatic payment issue reported by many buyers, after consulting with eBay customer service, I received the following explanation: When buyers place orders from new sellers' shops in the Asian region, the system automatically charges the buyer's default payment card, and this process cannot be changed by the buyer. Therefore, for buyers requesting combined payment, I will directly refund the excess shipping cost through eBay within 12 hours. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

5. Compensation Regulations

Loss definition: A prolonged lack of update in the shipping status or any indication of delivery anomalies can be considered as loss. If the shipping status explicitly shows 'delivered' or 'package delivered,' it is deemed a successful delivery.

Compensation standards: Please note before purchase! The cost of regular insurance is $10 USD, with a maximum compensation limit of $48 USD. Full compensation is only available when using commercial couriers such as DHL, UPS, etc., in case of loss. Using regular shipping without insurance will not be compensated for losses!

Compensation requirements: The buyer needs to contact the local courier service provider to request proof of the lost shipment and forward it to us via email. The email should contain a clear description from the local courier service provider confirming the loss of the shipment. We will only provide compensation upon receipt of this confirmation.
