In April, I began ridding myself of my record collection. I sold a lot on ebay, thought I would keep some and ended up selling it to a private collector and held on to some for personal reasons. Well, I’ve decided it’s time for all of it to go.
Currently, I have The Caretaker listed as well as 3 inch vinyl record sets. The Judy’s Washarama is definitely the hardest album to part with. I bought it in Texas (I think I was 16 years old) from either Musicland or Sound Warehouse, since those were the two main record stores. I have held on to it for 39 years because it brings back so many memories but since I am downsizing, I promised myself that all non-essential items (whatever that means, but it helps me part with things) must go. I bought the cassette years later but don’t remember exactly when. I’m going to grade the condition as ‘Good’ considering it’s around 40 years old and of course, cracks and pops will be heard but there are no major scratches on the album. This listing is for both the record and cassette.
