MINT - Is factory sealed. Brand New.
NM +/- Not sealed and rarely played - the vinyl has no marks visible under light.
EX +/- Has been played with occasional light surface marks but generally looked after.
VG +/- Has been played and handled, displays small rips on cover, light scratches, surface marks from use that may effect playback quality.
Good +/- Has multiple noticeable surface marks that will effect playback quality, jump and skips.
Fair - Is still just playable, ornamental at best
