PAYMENT METHODS   We expect payment within 10 days of the auction’s end.  We accept Paypal as our only form of electronic payment.

SHIPPING   Your item will be shipped in a stiff cardboard mailer.  Most items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment completion.  We will ship to the address on the Ebay/Paypal account unless you send us a separate e-mail requesting otherwise (i.e. don’t just make that request on your Paypal payment).

MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT  Save on shipping by combining multiple purchases.  To do this, you will have to request a combined invoice from us.  If you're unsure, then you can buy the items and then send us an e-mail requesting a refund for the shipping overcharge.  Ebay does not make combined shipping easy, so we appreciate your patience on this.  Some items we cannot offer combined shipping for if they won’t fit in the same packaged (like a poster and a CD).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING  Shipping within the USA is by USPS Mail.  Most items will have a delivery confirmation number that you can check through the auction website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  Shipping varies based on destination.  WE CHOOSE USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AS OUR STANDARD, BUT IT DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKING, PLEASE SELECT THE PRIORITY OPTION.  USPS first class international shipping comes with a customs ID number.  This number is typically scanned and tracked until the item leaves the United States.  Depending on the country, the customs ID number can still serve as a tracking number, but often does not.  Your item will be declared as a gift with low value on the customs form to help you avoid import taxes.

RETURN POLICY  Please e-mail before returning any item.  You have one month from the date of purchase to return an item.  Careful packaging and delivery confirmation are recommended.  All items must be in new, sellable condition to be accepted
