                             Description & Sound – This is a classic vintage import LP from one of the early 1960s British rockers. Chris Farlowe, who has roots in blues, rock & soul, had early success with his cover of the STONES ‘Out Of Time’. He has continued to release music well into the 2000s.

 

The vinyl and label is the real prize here. It is still super shiny while the label still is sharp and clear. I would rate this a very strong EX+. Outside of some ‘hard to see’ storage wear this would have been a NM. It comes with the original record sleeve which shows other LPs from that era, Very Nice!!! This record has been play tested and still pops off my turntable.

 

The album jacket looks terrific and shows great color. The British LPs in those days were made of a thinner stock of cardboard with a laminate ‘like’ cover on it. There is some minor cracking on the laminate but the cover is still intact with NO seam splits. There is a bit of wear on the opening side (see photos). I would grade it with at least a VG to EX considering its age.

I take the time to listen to each item, noting its playability, sound and condition. Although played on my own equipment, understand it could sound slightly when played at home. Publications, apparel & toys are carefully inspected for any yellowing, tears, holes, piling, stickers or anything else relating to its condition.
