I have bought this rare German 1964 1st press edition in 1983. Since then the album has been stored in a cool and dry non-smoking invironment.
The seller of this auction is only the third person to own this great set!

LP & Labels: The LP looks and plays Ex++. Just a few light hair scratches from putting the LP out and in it's paper bag. The labels are in truly great condition. No damage at all except for a few very light spindle marks.

LP cover: The laminate foil is lifting on some small places which is nearly impossible to get in a better condition for a record of this age. Otherwise it's in a very solid Ex++ state. The center of the spine has an area of about 4 cm were the laminate foil is broken. But: the underlying cardboard is not completely openend at this area – it's not possible to "look through" the cover there. Please see some detailed pictures below. Please note that the detail pictures tend to over-accentuate the very slight imperfections there are.

I tried to make a very honest description of the album to avoid any frustrations. All in all the album is in a great condition for it's age and, considering it's rarity, it should be very hard to find it in a substantially better condition than this one.

I remove the album from the outer cover before mailing and use a very strong "double" packing method to ensure no transport damages. Also, the album will be sent fully insured (no additional insurance costs for the buyer).
