Rare ORIGINAL 1969 FIRST PRESSING of the first and most famous bootleg album of all time: The so-called Great White Wonder double LP by BOB DYLAN. As per the Bob's Boots website, this is the very first edition with the matrix numbers GF 001/2/3/4 etched into the dead wax, signifying it as a first press, and does not have the rubber-stamped title on the jacket or slipsheet that later versions have (usually those versions were simply dubbed from THIS version!). Records are VG/VG- with scuffs/surface scratches that play through with no skips or significant surface noise. Blank white heavy cardboard gatefold jacket has ring/shelf wear, partial seam splits. Besides being one of the most important Dylan collectibles and the definitive Dylan bootleg, this is the very album that launched the entire modern bootleg phenomenon. A true cultural artifact!
