You are looking at the Kinks - "Arthur (Or the Decline and Fall of the British Empire)", released by Reprise. This is the 1971 second pressing on the LP with single color Reprise labels. Vinyl is in VG condition with some surface marks and scuffs. Sleeve is in VG shape; front, back, and spine are very solid overall. This only major flaw is a large split on the top seam (about 3/4 of the seam is split). Does not come with any inserts.
