Due to work commitments I despatch my items on either a Wednesday or Thursday, and therefore try to end my listings on a Sunday / Monday. I always obtain a certificate of posting for every item sent, in case of later dispute. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post but will, of course, do everything I can to help with such problems.
