VINYL GRADE: NM-
JACKET GRADE: NM (still in shrink)
SERIAL NUMBER: 83475-1
Super hard to find on vinyl. Amazing condition, still in shrink (opened, but only played once or twice). Double LP, both records are in perfect condition with some light visible paper scuffs that do not affect sound quality at all. It sounds amazing all the way through.
Includes inner insert as well. All price and hype stickers and pen marks are on the outside of the plastic shrink wrap.
Out of Print album from 2001, pressed during the vinyl lull of the early 2000s, when MP3s had driven vinyl production to an all-time low, thus, there were not many copies pressed.
A note about ebay record sales: I don't believe that ebay sellers sitting on records at home should dictate the fair price for collectible LPs. The value should be determined by the buyers. Therefor I will start most of my auctions way below current market price and let bidders determine the ultimate value of the record. After all, it's an effing record, not a Tiffany lamp. Have fun biding and good luck!
GRADING OF VINYL:
M : Appears absolutely unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches. Lies perfectly flat. I seldom use this grade.
EX : May have one or two visible imperfections, but these will be of a purely cosmetic nature (i.e. sleeve scuffs or other superficial marks, or the slightest wobble) and will not affect play. No scratches and very little if any surface noise.
VG+ : Will have some visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, superficial marks, and very light scratches that aren't audible. Expect an occasional tick or pop, and some light surface noise, but mostly in very quiet parts and between songs.
VG : Will show the kinds of imperfections found on VG+ records but in slightly greater numbers. There may be a number of light scratches and other marks. Plenty of surface noise and some ticks and pops, but still a very "listenable" record. Certainly no skips or heavy scratches.
G : Will have a number of visible imperfections; the presence of a considerable number of light scratches will force me to give a record this grade, as will the presence of even one scratch deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
GRADING OF ALBUM COVERS:
M : Will appear as though it were brand new and will display no imperfections, wear, or signs of handling. I seldom use this grade.
EX : Will appear as though it were brand new, but on closer inspection will display one or two superficial imperfections, most frequently very light wear to the corners or seams.
VG+ : Will have a few noticeable imperfections or signs of wear and handling, but they will be neither prominent nor numerous. These may include a single split to the seams or spine that does not exceed 2" in length, light stains or discoloration, small crease marks, and faint shelf or ring wear.
VG : Will display the same imperfections and signs of wear and handling present on a VG+ cover, but they will be more pronounced or present in greater numbers. Splits to the seam or spine will not exceed 5" in length. The presence of a single pronounced flaw, such as extremely prominent shelf or ring wear, marking, staining, writing, or discoloration will cause an LP cover to receive this grade, as will the presence of an appreciable number of minor flaws.
G : A cover in this condition will have an appreciable number of minor imperfections and one or more pronounced flaws such as prominent shelf or ring wear, marking, staining, writing, or discoloration. Splits to the seams or spine will not exceed 8" in length.
Records will be shipped USPS Media Mail in a stiff cardboard LP box, packed tightly and securely.
