Original Billingsgate pressing of the first NEU! LP. Every copy I've seen has had a back cover that mirrors the front, but this one has a blurb from Sounds on it. The cover is in very nice shape, other than the BB hole that marks it as a promo. The record is also in nice shape, though someone has corrected the "over" designation in black ink (see pic) on the label.
