Freddie Redd Connection W' Jackie McLean LP Blue Note- RVG, EAR IN DEAD WAX, 47 WEST 63RD NYC, MONO 4027.

( I believe this to be a first press, the no trademark "R" does not apply after 4018 to the best of my knowledge.)

Vinyl: VG Minus, Moderate marks and scuffs. Heavy Vinyl. There are more than a few light marks than can be felt with a finger brushing against them.

Played very well, light underlying surface noise is present Played a solid VG in my opinion. Great play copy.

If you are a new vinyl collector, please know that VG Minus is light years from VG+ visually, and the other end of the Universe from Near Mint.

Cover VG- to VG: writing, chewed corner, but not too bad otherwise, SEE PHOTOS!

Inner Sleeve: No original inner sleeve, just a generic replacement sleeve provided.

Returns are accepted, this item will be insured at my cost, USPS must verify claim of damage or theft before they will honor the claim.

*************
Please Read regarding Covers: Expect these possibilities on covers:
Ring wear, light splits, writing, spine wear, punch holes, tape jobs, cut outs, promo and or record store ink stamps, price stickers, and or price sticker residue.  An assigned grade is just my opinion, and is of course  subjective and always open for debate, so look at photos please.

The above also goes for pressing identification and label condition. (expect spindle marks) Ask questions before a purchase about anything that is not shown in the photos or description.

Expect inner paper sleeves to have record rub splits, half splits, full splits, tears or crumples. They may not be original at all. 99% of the time they won't be trashed, ask, if paper inner sleeve originality or condition is important.

Payment due in 48 hours, communication of more time is important, as after 48 hours an unpaid item claim will be filed. This is an automated system that I must manually stop. With communication I can wait as much as 7 days, or even longer.

My Vinyl Playing Surface Grading Guideline:
Grading is subjective, please understand VG and VG+ are playable records, but some surface noise and age wear should be expected. If any noise or previous shelf wear on covers is a problem, you may want to consider Near Mint or Sealed reissues in stead of bargain priced vintage vinyl.

If a record I list says VG or VG+, expect it to be a good playing copy. On visual graded records, please understand that it is riskier, as I didn't test it for playback defects. Bottom line, I won't sell scratched up unplayable junk. I am a small one man operation, so I don't have a huge amount inventory, so I can pay closer attention to what I list. Check my feedback.

MINT:  Only a sealed record will I list with this grade. Truth is: How would you even know what the vinyl looked like, so even that might not be mint.

NEAR MINT:  Almost perfect, a sleeve scuff or two per side only. (I don't think I have ever used this Grade)

VG+:  No marks you can feel, but multiple light marks and scuffs per side some luster loss, still a very good  play copy.

VG to VG+: This grade is that in between grade, just one or 2 marks too many for the plus grade, looks better than VG. but might cause disagreement if graded VG+, the luster will still be near the same as VG+.

VG:    Still no deep marks, but moderate marks and scuffs, much more loss of luster, very playable. You know by looking at it it will have more noise and static.

VG MINUS:    Moderate marks and moderate other marks and scuffs, some deep marks even, very little luster left, this type will be a more of a gamble.

GOOD:  Worse than VG- and I would only list one if of extreme rarity, and usually dirt cheap.

RECORD COVER GRADING: Generally VG or better, unless mentioned as lesser.
See above, and please look at photos.

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me through the eBay system, I always respond as soon as I see the message.

Attention, Please Read Regarding Specific Vinyl Record Pressings or Sonic Quality of Said Pressing:
Please understand that exact pressings and years of release on current reissues may not be known for sure, so please understand that reissue just means not an original pressing, beyond that, you must do the home work yourself if it's important.

The bottom line is this, don't buy anything if you have questions that are not answered in the listing. I will not misrepresent anything knowingly, but you should NOT ever assume anything that is not specifically mentioned in the listing, that includes who did the mastering of said pressing.

Please look at photos, and come to your own conclusions about the record in question.

Regarding Global Shipping Program, and Other Middle Men Over Seas Shippers:
After I ship to the designated U.S. Location, it is out of my hands what happens to an item,  if damage or theft  occurs, you must take it up with the shipping service that shipped out of the United States. Your item will be insured to that U.S. Facility by me however.

I will accept returns for something you are not happy with, but damaged items after they leave the U.S. are not my responsibility. They are supposed to be inspected for damage etc.. before being shipped out.

I also can not be held responsible for any shipping, customs, or other hidden charges that the eBay global shipping program, or your home country may charge you. I ship to U.S. addresses only. In other Words, I ship where eBay says to, then that place ships it to you. Insurance and whatever else is between you and them.

Under NO circumstances will I misrepresent the value on a package as to minimize your customs or whatever fees. I must insure for the paid amount, NO exceptions on this, please do not ask.  I just can't stand the worry of item's not being covered completely on my end. I would rather lose your business than worry about it. Thank You.
