100 % TROMPETTE LP by PIERRE DUTOUR, ALAN FEANCH and DAVID ROOVE.

Original FRENCH LIBRARY LP on CULT LABEL TELEMUSIC (TM 3041), from 1974. VERY ECLETIC RELEASE, including two killer and in demand afro funk tracks: “JUNGLE TRUMPET and “MODERN LIFE”.  Both tracks are by PIERRE DUTOUR and feature HOT DRUMS AND PERCUSSIONS, BLASTING HORNS and LOUD ELECTRIC GUITARS. Other tracks on the record are reminiscent of Miles Davis’s COOL JAZZ sound, while others have a clear WESTERN SPAGHETTI feel. Some atmospheric DRAMA and SUSPENSE sounds too. I was told that MADLIB sampled from this LP, but could not confirm it. cHECK THE LONG SOUNDCLIP BELOW (Note: the soundclip was made from the copy being auctioned). Rare Lp.
