An elusive new project from composer Alan Palomo (VEGA). Neon Indian delivers equal parts synthetic nostalgia, dream-pop lullabies, and grinding guitar noise to create something eerier than the sum of its parts. Forged after a hazy winter gathering in Texas, this initial batch of tracks were the result of field recordings, record samples, and a collection of bizarre synth sounds. Soliciting the visual acrobatics of video artist Alicia Scardetta, this project is setting out to be a multimedia maelstrom. Orbiting around the themes of drug induced heartbreak, weary afternoons, and lost chances, this music provides a lush soundtrack to the deadbeat exploits of teenage ennui. They've been compared to New Order and Future Bible Heroes.

At City Hall Records we understand that you want your LPs to arrive in the same condition they're described.  So, we pack them carefully in a cardboard mailer, insulated with thick cardboard pads on each side, and with reinforcement on the corners. We want to be sure you get your LPs in the same condition in which they leave our warehouse. 

We've shipped hundreds of LPs to eBay buyers and have had no complaints about their condition. Here's how we pack:

To get combined shipping rate (Request total from seller)

After you’ve used the Buy It Now button on each item:

1. Go to My eBay.

2. Click the Won link on the left side of page.

3. Click the Pay For All PayPal Items button on the bottom of the page.

4. Check your shipping address. If any information is incorrect, click the Change shipping address link to update it.

5. Confirm the order details, including shipping and taxes. Click the Continue button.

6. Click the Request total from seller link to request total.

Wait for us to modify the shipping rate on the invoice which we will send you the first business day after you’ve done this.  

 

Sealed LP Inspection Service

Since all of our items are factory sealed we cannot be fully responsible for the condition of the invisible part, unless (you ask us to) inspect it.  Even though incorrect, defective or damaged product is very rare, we highly recommend that you allow us to inspect your item before we ship it out.  Just let us know by writing INSPECT in the note to seller box when paying via PayPal.

If there is something wrong with your record that could only have been seen by such inspection, and you did not request it, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product back here, or for the shipping of a replacement item to you. We will replace the faulty item, however, as long as you pay for these freight costs.

Also, many LP buyers prefer to have the disc shipped outside the jacket to minimize damage to the jacket.  If you have requested that we inspect the disc, then we'll pack it outside the jacket.

International Customers

International customers; the rates shown for shipping do not apply to you.  Please input your country on the "Shipping and payments" page to see the rates.  And, if you intend on buying more than 1 LP, please click here: to find rates for your country, as the calculator in eBay doesn't do the job.  To get these rates please allow us to invoice you at the time of your purchase.

If you're in a country other than U.S. or Canada, please note you'll get the best per-unit price and fastest delivery on your LP shipments by ordering at least 4 discs at a time.

We enclose an actual invoice with your shipment and do not falsify customs valuations.

If you are at an address where there are customs duties, and you have ordered an amount that puts you just over the limit for avoidance of such duties, we're willing to do you the service of discounting the merchandise a little upon request, if you'll allow us to make up for it with an equivalent increase in shipping and handling fees. We'd want your agreement to give us good rankings for fair shipping/handling fees in such instances.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Insurance

Like all eBay sellers, we're required to ensure that every shipment reaches the buyer in good condition. For that reason every eBay seller is self-insuring, and must build that cost into their selling price and/or shipping/handling fees. Nevertheless, if you wish to buy your own insurance, you may. Simply ask us to include insurance prior to payment.
