The cover is in very good plus plus condition showing some little defaults (light folds, lower edge a bit rubbed, some dirt back cover) but looking nice overall and the record shows superficials traces generating light background noise at listening..
I send all my records in a professional package (hard cardboard and record out of sleeve) and only in registered mail above 40 £ (50 €) .
