All NEAR MINT. Really lovely copy...

The album (like all of mine) has been professionally washed and dried on the LORICRAFT AUDIO PR6 cleaning machine (pictured).
It's then placed in a new Poly-lined inner bag separate to the Inner Sleeve (to avoid seam split).
