BID WITH CONFIDENCE THESE RECORDS HAVE BEEN EXAMINED UNDER BRIGHT LIGHT WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS. AFTER LISTING, EACH WILL BE PROPERLY CLEANED, THEN PACKED TOGETHER IN A PLASTIC BACK TIGHTLY. SHIPPED IN A STURDY BOX WITH BUBBLE WRAP AND PLENTY OF PROTECTION!!
MINT: Factory Sealed assuming mint vinyl: Cover assume mint but will probably say NM depending on the age of record
NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A good description of a NM record is “it looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.” In other words, it’s nearly perfect. (may have dust) clean your records when they arrive, although I clean them before shipping.
NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any “spindle marks” from someone trying to blindly put the record on the turntable. Major factory defects also must be absent; a record and label obviously pressed off center is not Near Mint. If played, it will do so with no surface noise. (NM records don’t have to be “never played”; a record used on an excellent turntable can remain NM after many plays if the disc is properly cared for.
NM covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind. These are high standards, and they are not on a sliding scale. A record or sleeve from the 1950s must meet the same standards as one from the 1990s or 2000s to be Near Mint! It’s estimated that no more than 2 to 4 percent of all records remaining from the 1950s and 1960s are truly Near Mint.
Excellent (E) A good description of a EX record is except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint.
Excellent cover except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience, slight warps that do not affect the sound. Minor signs of handling are ok, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.
Very good Plus Cover(VG+) might have some very minor seam wear or a split, less than a inch, at the bottom. Also may have some defacing, or a cut out marking
Very Good(VG) More obvious conditions such as scuffs and light scratches are more visible, lacking some of the original gloss. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played some surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a songs intro and ending. The noise will not over power the music.
Very Good Cover(VG) will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside, is obvious, but not overwhelming. Some creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious: And may appear on all three sides, though it won't be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written on it or put a price tag.
GOOD VINYL(G) This does not mean bad! The record still plays thru without skipping and can serve as a filler until something better comes along. These will have significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by removing tag or stickers.
GOOD COVERS (G) Ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing, some ones name, or larger distracting letters. Not including a signature of the artist or a band member
I WILL NOT LIST A RECORD UNDER THIS GRADE WHICH WOULD BE POOR UNLESS THE RECORD IS 1960'S OR OLDER AND IS HARD TO FIND. THIS RECORD WILL NOT HAVE LARGE SCRATCHES OR WARPS THAT MAKE PLAYING IMPOSSIBLE. THIS WILL BE A RECORD THAT IS SCUFFY ALL OVER AND IS LOOSING MOST SHINE, BUT BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY QUALITY VINYL IT IS STILL PLAYABLE BUT HAS MUCH POPPING AND SURFACE NOISE EVEN DURING LOUD PASSAGES. THE COVER WILL BE DESTRACTING AND COULD BE RIPPED ON SIDES AT ALL FOUR SEEMS OR EVEN TAPE HOLDING IT TOGETHER, WITH WRITING AS WELL AS DIRT AND PLENTY OF RING WEAR. THE PICTURE ON THE COVER IS NOT CLEAR. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR SATISFACTION

You do not have to worry about it at all! Unless you are an International buyer. This sale is final! This is an "As is" purchase just like at estate sales or auction. Be confident that the item was well looked over and all imperfections have been disclosed. But Because I do on occasion make mistakes or on occasion a item could be damaged during delivery, I offer a money back or partial refund guarantee. Also possibly credit for future purchases depending on the situation and agreement.
RETURN POLICY
If the item is not as described when you first receive it, or if the packaging looks as though it was tampered with, or not adequate for the item, please take photos right away and contact me. At this time we will work on a solution to the problem, weather a full refund, partial or an insurance claim due to delivery. I will not be able to determine this without photos as well as some proof of a faulty item, such as full clear photos of the exact item and the process of showing it is faulty. Full photos proving damage to the package, before it is opened, then opening of the package. I am not asking you to prove a case, just for the common courtesy for me as a buyer to ensure proper procedure for the return. I only refund items due to a error in my listing that would as the buyer unintentionally mislead to your purchase, or damage do to my packaging error or due to a insurance case from negligence from USPS, Fed Ex or UPS
This is the guideline for the refund, it is not set in Stone but it is in writing to protect both of us in the unfortunate case of a misunderstanding or refusal to strive for understanding.
PROCEDURE 1:You must request the refund via email or by phone within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, unless circumstances arise that are out of your control(Catastrophe)
2: At this time, I need the clear photos, explanation of the problem to the best of your ability and what you would like to be done about the problem, weather a full, partial or credit type refund. 3. If I agree on the refund due to my error, then return the item to me, shipping the cheapest way as it was shipped to you, and in the exact condition. Do this within 14 business days of receiving the item, at your expense. Any alterations or evidence that it is not the same item, will void the refund. When I see the item is the exact same item, I will then refund your full amount via Pay Pal and store credit for your shipping cost.
4: If I agree due to an Insurance claim, realize this could take some time depending on the Shipping service and this service will pick up the item before issuing a refund. As soon as the refund is issued from the insurance claim, you will then be refunded via Pay Pal 5. If you choose store credit, the item will have to be shipped as the same procedure as #3 and I will then issue credit for the total amount of your purchase and your shipping cost. 6. Email me the day the item is shipped with tracking number.
7. Most errors on my part are due to multiple listings & sometimes Ebay template issues from using one listing template after another. This is not purposeful if this happens. So if you notice a obvious error in my listing in which the photos and the description obviously do not match, I would question why this was not addressed before purchasing the item & more than likely a refund would not be given to you. Although you are protected by eBay buyer protection as well. 8. If you decide to start a eBay buyer protection claim or leave negative feedback without first communicating with me, then my personal return policy is void and all disputes will be handled thru eBay buyer protection if you continue with a claim. Although I am very forgiving & would still want to strive for happy endings.
Thank you for your business & know that I not only strive for Peace and Communication in all areas of business, but I am also fair in pricing my used Vintage & modern items & strive for complete customer satisfaction!!!!
