I personally write all of my own descriptions, take all of my own photos, and package all items for mailing myself.  I do not use text, photos or information from “other” sources and would certainly never do so without referencing them. Items pictured in any of my listings are always the actual items that buyers will receive from me.  
Payment by PAYPAL ONLY....I do not accept any other form of payment. Unless the buyer makes a different arrangement with me (i.e. contacts me directly), payment is expected within three days (72 hours) from the closing date of the item. After three days, an unpaid item case will automatically be opened and the buyer then has four additional days to complete payment (per Ebay's terms). I am always happy to offer combined shipping for ALL BUYERS for up to one week (seven days) from the closing date of the initial purchase. This is a courtesy that I offer to all buyers regardless of location. Please do not expect me to hold items for 2 or 3 weeks (or even more) while additional bids are placed. Please try to be considerate of this request when bidding on multiple items on different dates. Payment is always expected WITHIN ONE WEEK FROM THE CLOSING DATE OF THE BUYER'S INITIAL PURCHASE.  Combined shipping rates are listed below. 

INTERNATIONAL (all non-U.S.) BUYERS: Please note that all postage rates have increased. First Class Mail is the cheapest method of international shipping that I offer for sales totaling less than $100.00; but please be aware there is NO WAY to track these packages once they leave my hands.  If you want tracking information, you need to upgrade to Regular Priority Mail or Registered Mail.  Purchases totaling $100.00 or more must be sent with a registered tracking number.  This is the best way to ensure your item(s) gets to you safely and is in compliance with Ebay/Paypal's seller protection policies.  The registered fee is listed separately, as "Expedited Shipping," under the shipping prices ($26.00 for a single 45 record in a single mailer; add $0.50 cents per additional 45 record up to six). Also note that Registered First Class Mail can take slightly longer for delivery, depending upon the destination. The above sales terms are non-negotiable. 

Combined shipping for U.S. BUYERS:  I can ship one or two 45 records in a single package for a flat fee of $4.00 First Class Mail fee (includes Delivery Confirmation). I can ship between three and seven 45 records for the same $4.00 flat fee, but by Media Mail (allow about 7 business days for delivery).

Combined shipping for CANADIAN BUYERS:  Postage rates have changed. I can ship up to six 45 records in a single package for a flat fee of $9.50 First Class Mail. That means the shipping price stays the same whether you buy one record or six. For more than six 45 records, please contact me directly for a shipping quote. Purchases totaling $100.00 or more must include a registered tracking number (see above). 

Combined shipping for all other INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Postage rates have changed. I can ship a single 45 record in a single package for a $13.00 First Class Mail. Please add an additional $0.50 cents for each 45 record up to six. For more than six 45 records, please contact me directly for a shipping quote. Purchases totaling $100.00 or more must include a registered tracking number (see above).   
All of my individual 45s are shipped in professionally-designed, cardboard mailers with extra cardboard padding. 
  Buyer satisfaction and returns:  I offer what I believe is a very reasonable return policy for all individual items (and smaller lots) that I sell. The item must be returned to me exactly as it was packaged and mailed to the buyer. I will refund the original sale price and shipping fee only; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. I do not give ‘partial’ refunds either (i.e. the buyer keeps the item for a lesser price). This policy applies to U.S. and non-U.S. buyers alike and regardless of the final sale price of the item. That being said, please ask any and all questions you may have before bidding.

Items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment.
