Record is VG:  Record plays through and for the most part sounds great! There are pops and clicks here and there including some that are repetitive.  Record, in my opinion, is still a very enjoyable listen and this is a respectable copy of this rare gem.   If you are looking for a perfectly silent copy this isn't it but if you are looking for a decent copy to listen to without  spending a fortune and don't mind some surface noise this is a decent copy!!!

Cover is VG:  Bottom seam has 3-4" split near right corner.
