*GRADING SCALE:
SS / M / NM / VG++ / VG+ / VG / VG- / G
SS = Sealed at factory and never opened. Disc is assumed to be undamaged and mint, but this cannot be proven until the album is actually opened and the disc examined.
M = Perfect, flawless
NM = Like new
VG++ = A few small paper scuffs only, under regular light will look like new.
VG+ = Will likely have a good amount of light scuffs or marks, and maybe some very light scratches. Will likely have a few brief moments of surface noise, maybe some light pops or ticks every so often. Not a perfect record, but still in very good shape.
VG = Record will have many marks, mostly light, but expect some scratches and under regular light will show obvious signs of wear. Record will play with some surface noise, ticks, pops, etc. but should not overwhelm the music. Buy this record expecting it to not look great, but should play satisfactory and will still be enjoyable to listen to for casual listening/DJing.
VG- = Record will have scratches, tons of marks, scuffing, and obvious signs of wear. Sometimes they will play much better than they look, but expect surface noise, ticks, pops, etc. Generally a record that will be something you may want to upgrade in the future, if you are serious about condition, but usually a decent copy for casual listening or DJing.
G = The lowest grade. Looks really bad. Scuffs, scratches, marks, groove wear. Often times these records will have a skip, or multiple skips. I will generally play grade this record and list how it plays, though some additional skips or jumps might be found. Not reccomended for DJing, but sometimes can play miraculously great.
