Notes: Overall, the record is in decent shape  with faint / superficial scuffs.

The record comes in the original stock inner sleeve.

Notes: The cover (signed in red ink by Miles Davis) overall is in decent shape generally. There is some very minor corner wear with some minor marks along the edge.  (Refer to attached photos COA available upon request)

It was originally acquired by Raffe Simonian, a well-known Chicago collector / dealer who sold his Jazz Collection to Euclid Records in St. Louis Missouri where I purchased it many years ago. According to Euclid Records, there were literally thousands of signed records in this collection, including dozens of Miles autographs.

I also had it inspected by noted autograph expert, Markus Brandes who I typically go to for professional analysis on all signatures I have purchased for my personal collection over the years.
