Roger Glover – Elements (Polydor 2391-306)
A rather tasty piece of symphonic rock from the former Deep Purple bass player.
Condition: Vinyl/sleeve – both very good
Comes with Nagaoka inner sleeve, which I keep most of my records in to reduce static build up and protect against scratches from paper/card inner sleeves.
Tracks:
1. The First Ring Made Of Clay
2. The Next A Ring Of Fire
3. The Third Ring’s Watery Flow
4. The Fourth Rings With The Wind
This is part of my record collection, which I am now disposing of having finally gone digital for convenience.
Items will be posted in strong cardboard record mailers with packing (see example in photo). The records are taken out of the sleeve to prevent them cutting through the sleeve in transit. While this all adds to postage costs, I hope you will agree it’s worth it to protect your purchase.
Postage
The price given in my listings is for postage within the UK only.
Multiple purchase discounts
The record mailing boxes I use can hold up to 3 single LPs or 1 single + 1 double so if you purchase more than one item, please ask me about sending them together so I can consider offering a discount on the total postage cost. This is weight sensitive but at the moment postage within the UK usually costs the same whether it’s 1 LP or 3 in the package.
Condition descriptions
In my condition descriptions I endeavour to follow the Record Collector grading classification below but if you make a purchase and are dissatisfied with it due to my description, please let me know and I will try to agree an acceptable solution.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been
played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear
and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many
times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable
surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra
items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the
sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and
mild scratches. The cover and contents
suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
