DMM - DIRECT METAL MASTERING pressing, high audiophile sounding album.

CONDITION:

- front cover is close to NM - possibly NM

- back cover is NM

- vinyl is NM both sides - possibly MINT (VISUAL GRADING)

PERSONNEL:

James Blood Ulmer (vocals, guitar), Bill Laswell (4, 6, and 8 string basses), Ronald Shannon Jackson (drums) with Nicky Shopelitis (12-string guitar, banjo) and three singers for background vocals on two tracks.

COMMENTS:

6 tracks, studio recordings. All songs written by Ulmer. Produced by Bill Laswell and James Blood Ulmer. Rare LP, one of the two copies I've ever seen. Very interesting and special blues variety music fused with psych and jazz elements. Superb guitar play reminiscing in part of Jimi Hendrix. Highly recommended!
