Rim and Kasa, "Too Tough" "Mini LP" on Sum Sum.  Oakland funk/disco from 1982. RARE.
The vinyl is super clean - there are a few small scratches that are probably just from going in an out of the sleeve.  I suspect this record wasn't played more than a couple of times - sure looks like it. I test played this record and it sounds great - very loud and almost no noise.  Labels are super clean.
Cover is still in shrink, although shrink has split (about 1.5" on top, about 3.5" on the bottom) and is loosening near the cover opening. It's still tight and holding solid for the most part.  Cover is solid and shiny with very little wear, front and back.(please see photos).   
I happily take returns within two weeks, no questions asked, as long as the record comes back in the same condition I sent it out in.
I'm happy to ship to Europe, but please know that I will declare proper value on customs forms.  No returns for sales outside USA.
